Kupe Pinot Noir

A complex array of sandalwood, spice, blueberry, dark chocolate and sage leaf. Incredible aromatic with lots of fresh berries, yoghurt, turned earth, cedar and forest floor. The palate is coiled, with midweight intensity and fine grain tannin with a core of graphite. There are a lot of layers to this wine. It is powerful but effortless, with purity and density. It is an extremely charming wine, that is soft and moreish with a long lingering finish that will evolve gracefully over time. Cellar with confidence for up to 10 years. Match with rich red meats, duck or perfect for any special occasion.
